Programs for Teens

Teens Programs ensure young adults in our community have a fun place to gather and connect. Groups focus on creative writing, news and pop culture trends, and community impact projects.

Teens Read to a Therapy Dog

Therapy Partners, Inc. partners with the library to provide this program on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is required.

Teens 13 – 18 will get 15 minutes each to read to a therapy dog, giving them an attentive, always appreciative audience.

Waitlist

If a program is full, please join our waitlist. A staff member will contact you if a spot becomes available.

Summer Page Program

We accept teen volunteers to assist with our Summer Reading Program annually. This is a wonderful opportunity for teens to gain work experience, make friends, and build self confidence.
